Beaches Timber

All of the wood that goes through Beaches Timber was felled within 20 kilometres of the yard in Ingleside, and there is a simple harmony to this: We are making the most of the resources around us. Our timber has no great carbon footprint, doesn’t contribute to land clearing, nor is there a complex production line.
It is the way wood has been milled for thousands of years: sustainably, artisanally, and under the steady hand of a passionate timber lover. We understand that every tree has a long heritage, a story and a beauty. We want to give dignity to this tree. It is saved from the woodchipper and given a new lease of life as a beautiful piece of timber. It lives on as something new and revitalised.
